In the morning of 15 July, the Provincial Vietnam Youth Union in collaboration with Youth Unions of Tu Nghia district and Provincial Public Security organized an exchange program entitled “Lighting the rehabilitated dream in 2013″ with the participation of 50 prisoners from the detention Center, Quang Ngai provincial Public Security.
Atthe meeting, theprisonersparticipated ingames, sports, enjoyed the art programs including dancing, singing, drawing competitionwith the theme”Praise Party, UncleHo, the loveof the country” and talked tounionofficials, prisonstaff about the practical contents with thehigheducational value.
This program is under the seriesof activities of education and help prisoners reintegrate into the community in theperiod2012-2015. The program wasimplementedwith the desireto helptheprisonersto learn and train to become useful people for their families and society.
Also on this occasion, the Provincial VietnamYouthUnion granted 40 gifts including cash and in-kinds to prisoners for their good improvement.
