The General Department of Politics has approved a plan to build more houses of gratitude for beneficiaries this year, to mark the 69th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army.
Under the plan ratified by Minister of National Defence, General Phung Quang Thanh, more policy activities will be held to bring the tradition of faithfulness and compassion into full play with an aim to encourage troops with remarkable contributions to the combat, construction and development of the army.

Meanwhile, get-togethers will be held for demobilized army officers and gifts will be presented to people who rendered good services for the revolution, demobilized army officers, and families of military staff injured or killed while serving the nation this year.
