TMT Automobile Joint Stock Company (TMT) and Tan Binh Import Export Joint Stock Corporation (TIX) announced share purchase and share transfer as follows:
TMT announced that it purchased 655,601 shares of April 30 Design Consulting & Construction Mechanical Joint Stock Company at a price of VND24,972 per share, or at a cost of VND16.37 billion. After the transaction, TMT became a major shareholder of the company with 68.11 percent stake.
TIX announced that it sold Tan Binh Sport Services and Advertising Co., Ltd (Tanisa) to Nguyen Van Ngoan. Tanisa has a charter capital of VND3 billion and operates in event management sector.
