(VOVworld) – The Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA) on Monday held a seminar on how to increase connections between the expert databank and policy-making agencies and partners.

By 2016, the expert databank will hold the profiles of 1,000 experts for social consultancy, criticism, and survey. Participants suggested VUSTA and the NGO- Information Center should focus on market demand and expand the categories of experts, especially including young people. They should also prepare for online registration.
