Long Hai Security Services Joint Stock Companywas founded, licensed and registered on September 6, 1995 – the first licensed security Services Company in Ho Chi Minh City. The company’s founder and General Director was Major General Phan Van Xoan, formerly commander-in-chief of the Ministry of the Interior’s internal security division, who for more than 40 years had the responsibility of Vietnam’s leaders including President Ho Chi Minh.
