General Department of Logistics reviews emulation movement

PANO – The General Department of Logistics on September 26th held a congress to conclude the “Determined to Win” emulation movement in the 2009-2014 period, in the presence of Senior Lieutenant General Le Huu Duc, Deputy Minister of the National Defence and Lieutenant General Mai Quang Phan, Deputy Director of General Department of Politics.

During five years, the general department’s Party organizations and units at all levels comprehensively directed and implemented emulation and reward work and the “Determined to Win” movement. They have well fulfilled their assigned tasks, contributing to well managing material facilities as well as improving troops’ living standards.



Addressing the meeting, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huu Duc praised the achievements of outstanding individuals and groups and urged them to continuously follow Uncle Ho’s call “Emulation is patriotic” and the Party’s guidelines and State’s policies on emulation and reward work and the “Determined to Win” movement.


He also asked them to combine the “Determined to Win” movement with other emulation campaigns and diversify emulation forms and contents to well implement the movement.
