The production index of Hai Duong province’s entire industry in the past nine months rose by 9.8% over the same period last year, according to the Provincial Statistics Office.
In which, the mining industry saw an increase of 18.3%; the processing and manufacturing industry, 10.4%; the industry of producing and distributing electricity, gas, and ice, 6.9%; the industry of water supply, solid waste and wastewater managment and treatment, 13.3%, etc.
The increase in industrial production index was due to enterprises’ promotion of the production and sale of goods inside and outside the country.
