Petrol businesses in Ho Chi Minh City have proposed authorized agencies to solve difficulties in marketing E5– an ethanol and traditional gasoline blend from December 1.
They have met with difficulties in preparation of space for construction of tankers, and blending and filling facilities because most petrol stations in the city are located in narrow positions.
An official from the city Department of Industry and Trade said that they were short of capital for implementation a long built project to propaganda and market gasoline E5.
Although the department director Le Van Khoa had invited related sides including businesses to discuss measures to speed up the blend sale in the market, the businesses have not taken any action.
