PANO – A get-together was held in Hanoi on March 29th for former military doctors of Army Corps 3, who fought in the Tay Nguyen (Central Highlands) battlefield during the national resistance war. Sr. Lt. Gen. Nguyen Van Duoc, Chairman of the Vietnam Veterans’ Association, and many generals and former military doctors attended the event.

At the event, delegates recalled their glorious days overcoming many difficulties to combat the enemy in the battlefield, and successfully save soldiers’ lives, contributing to fulfilling all assigned missions.
The former officers now are keeping in touch with each other through a liaison board to share life’s experience and continue contributing to the nation in the new context.
