VGP – The PM has approved the provision of official development assistance (ODA) to cover international supervision consultancy for six projects in the second phase of the Norwegian- German Reconstruction Credit Institute mixed credits program.

The six projects are as followings:
1 – The project on improving a drainage system for Cao Lanh city, southern Dong Thap province, with an €544,566 ODA, an €58,831 tax and a 47-month international supervision consultancy contract.
2. The project on upgrading and expanding a safe water supply system for Dien Bien Phu city, DienBien province, with an €209,881 ODA, an €22,674tax and a 24-month international supervision consultancy contract.
3 – The project on building and improving a drainage and wastewater treatment system for Quang Tri town, central Quang Tri province, with an €473,730, an €51,178 tax and a 42-month international supervision consultancy contract.
4 – The project on building a solid waste treatment plant for Soc Trang city and outlaying regions in southern SocTrang province, with an €304,371, an €32,881 and a 30-month international supervision consultancy contract.
5 – The project on innovating and building a drainage system for Thai Binh city, northern Thai Binhprovince, with an €388,728 ODA, an €41,995 and and a 36-month international supervision consultancy contract.
6 – The project on building a wastewater treatment system for the Thuy Van Industry-Service-Urban Complex in northern Phu Tho province (phase 1), with an €275,391 ODA, an €29,751 tax and a 28-month international supervision consultancy contract.
All the ODA capital will be funded by the State budget while the tax will be covered by the localities’ counterpart funds.
