(VEN) – To implement the 2013 National Industrial Promotion Program, the Industrial and Trade Promotion Center of Tuyen Quang Province coordinated with Song Lo Tea Joint Stock Company to organize a conference on black tea processing performance model for export with a capacity of 4,500 tonnes per year.
With modern facilities such as tea withering machine, withered tea crumpling and drying system, sieving machine, this model is highly appreciated in terms of investment level and production capability and is expected to create jobs for many local workers with stable income ranging from VND2 – 2.5 million per person per month.
At the conference, Song Lo Tea JSC also introduced various types and the features of the black tea for export. The tea is made during the fermenting process. Making best use of the enzyme, the black tea water is scarlet brown, has a soft acrid taste and light flavor. After sieving, it is divided into many kinds: OP, P, FBOP, BS, BPS, F and D.
The leader of the provincial industrial and trade promotion center expected that this model will be a typical example for expansion to take advantage of the abundant material source and promote the provincial tea processing industry./.
