Needy officer receives “100 dong house”

PANO - A 50 sq. m house was handed over to Lieutenant Nguyen Van Sy, a youth from Battalion 3 of Brigade 144, by the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army and the party committee and local authorities of Tan Lap commune, Dan Phuong district, Hanoi, on July 29th.
The house came from the program, “100 dong house”, raised by youth from the General Staff and financial assistance from local people and authorities.
At the hand-over ceremony, youth from the General Staff also presented some appliances to Sy’s family.
