The DoCST’s report also showed shortcomings and limitations in performing the duties of the sector and proposed PPC leaders for building the provincial Multipurpose Cultural Centre and allocating budget for preserving and promoting traditional vestiges in the province.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman Le Quang Thich recognized the achievements of the industry in the last time and required DoCST to implement the criteria of provincial Party Resolution related to the sector, specifying measures to implement the main targets as planned.

He asked DoCST in 2013 to complete the provincial culture, sports planning and the province’s other plans, to call investors in tourism and to strengthen the tourism management.
