Quang Ngai Government has just reached an agreement from the Prime Minister to receive advance money of the fiscal year 2014 from the National Budget.
The total fund of 9 billion dong is planned to be invested in the second stage wharf project in the Island district of Ly Son, being 15 nautical miles off shore from main land of Quang Ngai province.
Capitalized at the total capital of 400 billion dong, the project objective is natural disaster mitigation and it will accommodate shelters to fishing boats coming from whole the central region of Vietnam.
It is reported that in 2012 Quang Ngai government allocated an amount of 50 billion dong to the project, and this year it plans to add 220 billion dong more.
