PANO – The Tank-Armoured Command and the People’s Committee of Huong Hoa district, Quang Tri Province on July 6th inaugurated and handed over 3 houses of gratitude to local policy families.
The beneficiaries included two war invalids Nguyen Thi Luy and Le Thi Tinh and Le Duoc, relative of a martyr.
These houses, supported VND 60 milliion each by the command, were started construction this March.
Also at the ceremony, the command presented gifts, worth VND 700,000 each, to 3 families.
The handover ceremony was on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of Khe Sanh Victory, liberating Huong Hoa district (July 9th).
To date, the command has built 11 houses of gratitude in Quang Tri Province at a total cost of over VND 500 million. Among them, 9 were erected in Huong Hoa district.
