PANO – 110 youth from the Academy of Logistics recently took part in a fact-finding trip to Yen Do commune, Phu Luong district, Thai Nguyen province, in response to the program, “Army joins hands to build new rural areas”.

During the 6-day trip (from July 23rd to 28th), youth from the Academy helped local people build roads, harvest crops, and beautify the environment, as well as held culture and sports exchanges with local youth. The participants also presented gifts to needy children with good academic records, and provided health check-ups for local people.
The Academy also provided financial assistance for repairing a cultural house, building gratitude houses, and upgrading Yen Do 2 Primary School.
