Chairman Pham Dinh Cu has just visited and checked the rate of executing progress at the storm avoidance route of Song Cau-Dong Xuan (DT644) and some other basic construction works in the province.

DT644 is being upgraded, expanded to serve the storm avoidance, as well as better serve people’s transportation. This route is over 31km long (the starting point at the intersection with National Avenue 1 in Xuan Phu ward, Song Cau town; the ending point adjacent with DT641 in Da Loc commune, Song Cau town), the work was commenced at the end of 2010 with the total expenditure of 994 billion dongs, the main investor is the department of transportation and traffic, the executing unit is Xuan Than corporation. Currently, the investor is having 5 bridges, 33 drains executed, basically completing the road surface…with the total implemented expenditure of 168 billion dongs (reaching 23% of the total volume).
Conducting the reality at the working site, Chairman Pham Dinh Cu requires the main investor to coordinate with the general contractor to speed the rate of progress, make efforts to complete the work in 2014. on the same day, the Chairman also checked the routes DT643 (belonging to the rescuing and salvaging project in Tuy An-Son Hoa); the traffic axle in the West; the rescuing road in Xuan Can commune, Song Cau town.
