Local photographer receives int’l award

(VOV) – Vietnamese photographer Le Duy Hoang has won third prize in the Hamdan International Photography Award’s (HIPA) black-and-white category.


His winning photograph captures the joy of a group of Vietnamese fishermen returning to port.



All prize-winning photographs will be exhibited in London later this September.
