He was speaking at Wednesday’s ceremony in Hanoi to mark the document’s 70th anniversary:“The key content of the cultural platform retains its value after 70 years. This is an opportunity for us to reiterate the document’s guiding principles and learn from its implementation in building an advanced culture imbued with a sense of national identity”.
Delegates said that the document reflects a long term vision by the Party in praising the role of culture in the nation’s revolutionary history.
