(Cinet)- General Department of Sports and Physical Training has promulgated Decision No.1528/QĐ-TCTDTT about Program in Quarter IV-2013. Accordingly, there are many tasks to carry out up this year.
Building some projects and documents in 2013: General Department of Sports and Physical Training focused on building and submitting to some great projects as follows: Project on some measures to increase some activities of national sports; Project on maintaining and developing Vietnam material arts; Project on training some athletes for the ASIAD 18 in 2019; Project on promulgating some mechanism and policies for some high-achieving athletes at the sports festivals.
In particular, on October, General Department of Sports and Physical Training will submit to the PM for approving for Decision on some policies for main athletes to participate into Olympic and promulgate some Circulars regulating a management and activity about some sports.
General Department of Sports and Physical Training also concentrates on carrying out Vietnam Football Development Strategy up to 2020 and an orientation of 2030; Project to develop a strength of Vietnamese people in 2011-2030 periods; action plan of the MOCST according to Regulation No.16/NQ-CP on January 14, 2013 of the Government.
High-achievement sports: General Department of Sports and Physical Training will focus on preparing for some athletes to compete in SEA Games 27. Now, the General Department built Plan to train in some nations in the worlds.
Department of High-Achievement Sports and some sectors organize 21 tournaments at national level. Through some tourneys, some managers will have a chance to select some best athletes to prepare for some big sports festivals and promote training for athletes.
Sports for All: General Department focuses on preparing for some disabled athletes to compete in two big sports events including Asian Para Games in Malayxia and Asean Para Games 7.
