(CPV) – The Office of the Government has issued a document about Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan’s idea to ask the Ministry of Health and People’s Committee of provinces and cities to strengthen state management over private health establishments.
Accordingly, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan asked the Ministry of Health to promptly carry out measures to strengthen state management on private health establishments in general, especially cosmetic surgery centres according to present regulations; check related regulations and ask relevant agencies to revise regulations to meet the demand of management, report to the Prime Minister; coordinate with localities to inspect private health establishments; and provide more training courses on professional ethics for health workers nationwide.
People’s Committee in provinces and cities are asked to raise responsibilities in managing localities, instruct professional agencies to strengthen management and inspection of private health publication and cosmetic surgery centres in localities, and respond quickly in cases of establishments breaking laws./.
