The Standing Board of Provincial Party Committee, People’s Committee recently held shift-change conference at the beginning of Lunar New Year 2014.
Spectacle of the conference
As to the general assessment, the preparation, organization of welcoming lunar new year 2014 in the province ensured the spirit of playful, healthy, safe and economical direction. People in the province welcomed Tet in an exciting and warmatmosphere. The preparation of Tet goods was quite well, ensuring stabilization and no sudden change in price. Regiment for policy objects, families having contribution to the Revolution and social objects were fully and timely implemented… Festival activities, entertainment, information, propaganda were thoughtfully prepared and organized with diversified and wide-opened forms meet the requirements to serve both political function and spiritual life of the people. Communication was convenient. Security and order was maintained, not occuring passive and unexpected situations…
Concluding the conference, Secretary of Party Committee Dao Tan Loc noted leaders of agencies and units to perform certain tasks on the first days of the lunar new year, which are to concentrate on better directing festival activities after Tet to ensure safety, playfulness and order. Focus on directing basic construction, especially key projects; accelerating site clearance of Highway 1 and Vung Ro oil refinery, being determined to complete the handover work in March. Proceeding to plug traffic signs in Tuy Hoa city and tourism venues; having very friendly attitude to help foreign visitors to Phu Yen province. Implementing Directive 03 of the Politburo according to special subject in February 2014 and early deploying “Party members being involved in helping poor households with especially difficult circumstances”…
