(VOV) -Vietnam’s champion female swimmer Nguyen Thi Anh Vien clinched a fourth gold medal at the FL Swimming Spring Senior Championships 2014 on March 3.

Anh Vien came first after clocking a time of 1:58:64 in the women’s 200 yard butterfly swimming event, while her runner-up, Justine Bowker, fished at 2:0:36.
Later the Vietnamese swimmer also bagged a silver medal in the women’s 200 yard backstroke event with a time of 58:40, just 3 seconds slower than the gold medalist Madeline Hess.
Anh Vien took part in six events at the FL Swimming Spring Senior Championships 2014 and her outstanding results at the competition were considered a springboard to realising her dream of winning gold at the coming Asian Games, scheduled for Incheon city, the Republic of Korea, in September 2014.
