PANO – A delegation led by Lieutenant General Pham Xuan Hung, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, on March 19th inspected the pre-enrolment for military schools and job guidance in Bac Giang province.
From 2011 to 2013, Bac Giang has been one of the leading localities in Military Zone 1 in numbers of students admitted to military academies and universities. The province ranked 15th out of 63 cities and provinces nationwide last year, with 79 students enrolled in military schools.
To improve the quality of candidates for military colleges and universities, the general asked the provincial Military Enrolment Board to work with local relevant agencies to well conduct pre-enrolment activities and job guidance for students and their parents, as well as seriously implement all regulations in this field.
The same day, the delegation provided counselling for students in the Yen The High School in Yen The district, Bac Giang.
