In its official letter sent to the Department of Foreign Affairs, Madison Quakers, Inc. (MQI) committed to donate 36 scholarships (1,000,000 VND each) to studious and poor students from two primary schools in Tinh Khe commune, Son Tinh district with a total cost of 36 million dong.
In addition, this foreign non-government organization also supported 69 million dong to set up the water filtration systems and dig wells for other primary schools in the district area.
The total budget worth 105 million dong is carried out from March to August 2014.
