The provincial People’s Committee Vice Chairman acknowledged the contractor’s calm and normal organization of the construction in the past time.

Mr. Nguyen Van Que, Vice Chairman of the Hai Duong provincial People’s Committee, on the afternoon of May 21 worked with a representative of CGCD-GIETC Joint Venture (the Chinese contractor of bidding package EX5 for the construction of Ha Noi – Hai Phong motorway) in Ngoc Ky commune (Tu Ky) on the security and order situation at the enterprise and the implementation of bidding package EX5.
Mr. Que acknowledged the contractor’s calm and normal organization of the construction in the past time. He asked the contractor to continue arranging foreign managers and technical personnel to, along with Vietnamese laborers, execute the bidding package in accordance with the set progress and quality.
The construction must ensure the safety of people and property. The contractor should well perform Vietnam’s regulations on policies for laborers, actively coordinate with local authorities, and promptly report unexpected obstacles, difficulties, and complicated issues so that functional agencies can swiftly resolve.
The People’s Committees of Tu Ky and Gia Loc districts and relevant localities should facilitate the contractor’s construction.
The provincial People’s Committee Vice Chairman pledged that Hai Duong province’s functional agencies would ensure the safety of people and property and create the best conditions for the contractor to build the work.
Trieu Luu Thanh, the contractor’s representative, thanked functional agencies in the province for caring about ensuring security and order for the contractor.
