Attending the national online English language Olympiad in the 2013-2014 school year, Hai Duong had 35 prize-winning pupils, including 29 fifth graders and six ninth graders.
In the fifth grade, Nguyen Thuy Linh, a pupil of Phu Luong Primary School (Hai Duong city) won the gold prize; Nguyen Thi Lam Phuong (Minh Tan Primary School, Kinh Mon), Bui Ngoc Van Giang (To Hieu Primary School, Hai Duong city), Quan Duc Manh (Binh Minh Primary School, Hai Duong city), and Vu Ngoc Linh (Ly Tu Trong, Hai Duong city), the silver prize; Pham Thi Nguyet Linh (Binh Minh Primary School, Hai Duong city), To Ngoc Ha (Sao Do 2 Primary School, Chi Linh), and Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang (Co Dung Primary School, Kim Thanh), the bronze prize.
The remaining 27 pupils grabbed the consolation prize.
Hai Duong sent 71 pupils, including 48 fifth graders and 23 ninth graders, to the national online English language Olympiad in the 2013-2014 school year, which was held on April 26.
