The 5-storey hospital has a 300 bed capacity, and is being built at a cost of VND497 billion (US$23.4 million). It is scheduled to be put into operation by 2017.
The provision of the two medical facilities aimed to meet the needs of healthcare for people in the province and ease the overload on Quang Ngai General Hospital, while creating favourable conditions for people to have access to high-quality healthcare services and contributing to the nation’s mother and child healthcare programmes.
