The Thanh Mien district Party Committee on the morning of May 29 summarized and awarded prizes of the Contest on learning about the life and career of comrade Nguyen Luong Bang.
After 35 days of launching (March 15 – April 20), the Organizing Board received 10,390 entries, reaching 98.76% of the total number of students of junior high schools, senior high schools, and continuing education centers in Thanh Mien district.
According to the Organizing Board, the quality of the entries was quite good, of which 701 entries had high quality, rich and profound contents, beautiful presentation, and many vivid illustrations.
Awarding first and second prizes to collectives
Nguyen Luong Bang Junior High School was awarded the collective first prize; Thanh Mien III Senior High School and Ngu Hung Junior High School second prizes; Tu Cuong, Chi Lang Bac, and Doan Tung junior high schools third prizes.
Pham Thi Nhai, a student of class 11G, Thanh Mien III Senior High School, won the individual first prize; Pham Ngoc Anh, class 8A, Ngu Hung Junior High School, and Khong Vu Hue Tuong, class 8A, Tu Cuong Junior High School, second prizes; Bui Do Van Linh, class 8B, Nguyen Luong Bang Junior High School, Hoang Thi Sao Mai, class 8C, Ngu Hung Junior High School, and Do Thi Mai Hong, class 9B, Doan Tung Junior High School, third prizes.
