PANO – The General Department of Techniques on July 3rd reviewed 15 years of the military creative youth movement and concluded its second creative youth contest in 2014.
Over the past 15 years, the unit’s young officers had 1,500 projects and initiatives honored and effectively applied in reality.
Meanwhile, the contest attracted the participation of 88 projects and initiatives of 99 individuals and organizations of the general department.
