Tra Quan commune Health Station in Tay Tra district under Programme 30a
Acting Chairman of the PPC Le Quang Thich has just decided to establish a new Steering Board for the target program on rapid and sustainable poverty reduction in Quang Ngai province by merging two provincial Steering Boards for the period of 2011 – 2015 and the Programme 30a.
Accordingly, new Steering Board consists of 29 members headed by the Vice Chairwoman of the PPC Dinh Thi Loan. Director of DOLISA Nguyen Duy Nhan and Head of the provincial Board for Ethnic Minority affairs Ho Van The, are appointed as the Deputy Head.
The Steering Board is responsible for consulting PPC in planning preparation and implementation of the program in accordance with the contents stated in Decision No. 280/QD-UBND dated 20 December 2011 by the PPC and Resolution No. 30a/2008/NQ-CP dated 27 December 2008 by the Government.
Also, the DOLISA is assigned to act as the standing unit of the Steering Board.
This is considered as an effort of Quang Ngai government to improve the efficiency of the target program on rapid and sustainable poverty reduction and programme 30a, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
