The HCM City People’s Committee has approved a detailed zoning plan of Le Minh Xuan Park No 3 in Binh Chanh District’s Le Minh Xuan Commune.
The 231-ha industrial park will give priority to clean industry, advanced technology and environmental friendly sectors, including electronics, information technology, food, engineering and medicine.

HCM City sees rise in overseas remittances
Overseas remittances via banks in HCM City reached US$2.75 billion in the first eight months of the year, an increase of 6.3 per cent year-on-year, said Nguyen Hoang Minh, deputy director of the State Bank of Viet Nam’s HCM City Branch.
Of the amount, 72.2 per cent went into production and business, and 21 per cent into the real estate sector.
