 (Photo: tiengchuong.vn) Mid-Autumn festival activities were organized by the Hanoi Support Fund for HIV/AIDS Carriers and sponsors for 100 children affected by HIV/AIDS in difficult circumstance, in Hanoi on September 6. Mr. Nguyen Khac Hien, Director of the Hanoi municipal Health Department, said that the event aimed to bring a warm mid-autumn to children affected by HIV/AIDS and it was a chance for them to integrate into the community, overcome some of the difficulties in their life and take an opportunity to become better and healthier students. At the event, they played traditional games, enjoyed art performances, and received practical gifts. On this occasion, the fund also presented gifts to children infected with HIV/AIDS at the Social Labour Education Centre No. 2 in Ba Vi district./. |
