PANO – The General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army on September 22nd held a festival for young propagandists, themed “The General Staff’s youths following formers’ steps, deserving to be Uncle Ho’s soldiers”.

16 teams from organs and units conveyed dissemination contents by delivering lectures and telling stories in combination with performing revolutionary songs in praise of the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, General Vo Nguyen Giap and the tradition of the General Staff.
The festival aimed to promote its young cadres’ skills of organizing dissemination activities.
