Job agencies banned from recruiting
The Overseas Workers Management Department has banned three northern recruitment agencies that send guest workers to Taiwan for a month for collecting higher fees than regulated.
During the ban period they cannot consult, select, or train workers.

Ha Noi provides clean water to rural homes
Around 10,000 rural households in Ha Noi will get clean water this year and 2,300 others will get toilets at a total cost of VND222 billion ($10 million).
Next year the city plans to provide clean water to 20,000 rural households and toilets to 4,600.
