HCM CITY (VNS) – The HCM City Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs has launched a programme to build sound and stable industrial relations and protect the rights of all the stakeholders.
To last until 2020, it will also help improve managerial capacity, support industrial relations at State agencies and institutions, strengthen the capacity of trade unions and union workers, and promote collective bargaining and social dialogue.
Social housing for workers and incentives related to tax, land, and bank credit will be other features of the programme, which will be piloted at industrial parks and export processing zones and in the districts of Thu Duc, Binh Tan, Hoc Mon, Cu Chi, and 7 until next year. -VNS
