In this exclusive partnership with IHG, five award-winning celebrity chefs, or IHG Culinary Ambassadors, will provide guests with authentic global dining experience as part of the group’s on going efforts to strengthen its food and beverage repertoire in its properties across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.


Very special dishes by renowned Chinese chef Sam Leong at Yu Chu


Savor signature dishes are made from bespoke recipes by renowned Chinese Chef Sam Leong such as Crispy Fish in Home-Made Superior Light Soy Sauce, Black Pepper Chicken, Tempura Lychee stuffed with Crab Meat and Wok-Fried Shrimp with Pinenuts on Lettuce at Yu Chu Restaurant on the first floor.


The dishes are available daily for both lunch and dinner.

At Basilico in the lobby, we believe that great dining experiences should be shared with friends and family. Come and enjoy our authentic set dinner menu inclusive of an all-you-can-eat selection of appetizers and home made pasta dishes followed by a signature main course especially designed by our Executive Chef Roberto Mancini.
