PANO – Army Corps 3 held a meeting on November 11th to review 5 years (2010-2014) of implementing the campaign “Good management and durable, safe and economical use of technical equipment and weapons” (Campaign 50), in the presence and chair of Deputy Defence Minister Senior Lieutenant General Truong Quang Khanh.

Over the past years, the corps’ party committees and commanders at all levels have carried out the campaign’s four targets comprehensively and effectively, contributing to promoting self-reliance, and practicing thrift in managing and using weapons and technical equipment.
Accordingly, 177 initiatives on technical improvement have been well applied in reality.
The corps was asked to continue strengthening its leadership, improving the quality and effectiveness of dissemination work, and combining the campaign with its constituent units’ emulation drives in the time to come.
