The Hanoitimes – On November 9, as many as 50 bicycles and 20 gifts were donated to poor and disabled children in Quang Ninh province by The National Fund for Vietnamese Children and the Quang Ninh provincial Fund For Children.
The gifts are expected to help them undergo difficulties, better integrate into the community and continue going to school.
