PANO – The Telecommunications University on November 7th concluded a three-month training course for 23 Laos People’s Army officers who are signal staff commanders and lecturers.
The course provided Lao trainees with basic knowledge of ensuring communications at tactical level; consultancy on combat training, exploitation and use of some signal equipment, and organization and management of schools and cadets.
Almost all trainees finished the course with good results.
