Thao Dien Investment Joint Stock Corporate (Thao Dien Investment) and Savills Vietnam, on Nov 3, signed the collaboration agreement in service management at the Masteri Thao Dien Luxury Residential.
Masteri Thao Dien is a project combining a luxury resident and a shopping mall in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. The project will be built on an area of nearly 8ha, including 4 luxury apartment towers with 41 to 45 floors each and more than 3,000 apartments in total; 1 tower with office and hotel, school and the biggest and most modern shopping mall in the Eastern area of Ho Chi Minh City. This project is designed with multi functions, which creates a fulfilled living environment for residents, especially when being combined with landscapes, lakes with the area of nearly 3,500 m2, nearly 6,000 m2 park, pavements, outdoor sport yards, swimming pools, outdoor children playgrounds, schools, etc. According to the agreement, Savill Vietnam will manage all services for Masteri Thao Dien Luxury Residential, including both resident and park.
