PANO – The Prime Minister (PM) has agreed to advance VND 210 billion, from the government bondsin the 2014-2016 period, to implement the national target program on building new rural areas in six localities across the country.
Accordingly, about VND 11 to 75 billion will be disbursed for the provinces of Thai Binh, Thua Thien Hue, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Hau Giang, and Da Nang city before the end of 2015.

The PM assigned the Ministry of Planning and Investment in association with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to instruct localities in implementing the program and set a plan for Government bonds for the next year to make the capital ready on demand. Meanwhile, the People’s Committees of these provinces and city are required to ensure that the disbursed capital is used for proper purposes, objectives and regulations.
