PANO – The Border Checkpoint of Cua Sot (Cua Sot Border Guard Station under Ha Tinh ProvincialBorder Guard Command) successfullyrescuedthreecrewmembersina sinkingboat in Lach Sot, ThachKimcommune, Loc Ha district, HaTinh province.
Earlier, at 14:00 December 10th, Fishing Boat TH1870 with 3 crewmembers on board was capsized by high waves on her wayto Cua Sot dock to seek the storm shelter. The point of incident was about onenautical mile from Cua Sot Border Checkpoint.

The checkpoint then quicklymobilized rescueforces and boats to approachthe victims. Around 30 minutes later, all the three crewmembers were broughtto shoresafely.
The checkpoint alsoimmediately searched for the sinking boat. At 14:00 the next day, December 11th, the sinking boat was located andis beingrescued.
