Earlier on September 10, PMDung had a working session with the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MoPI) on how to speed up the reform of administrative procedures relating to business establishment and dissolution, and investment operation.
The Government chief pointed out the inefficient management and slow administrative reform in business establishment and dissolution, particularly the inconsistent legal system on investment and business.
According to PM Dung, the unperfected one-stop-shop mechanism has made ministries and agencies apply differently, leading to complicated and prolonged administrative procedures, negative behaviors, and obstacles to investment attraction.
In 2010, the national business registration system was established, aiming to create fundamental, drastic changes on the field.
Last month, the Ministries of Transport and Finance became the first to join the national single window (NSW) system which will help facilitate the entry, exit and transit of ships at international seaports.
The NSW system is part of the country’s effort to realize commitments to an ASEAN Single Window (ASW), said Deputy Finance Minister Do Hoang Tuan Anh.
For key missions in 2015, the PM said that the Government will continue to focus on stabilizing macro-economy, controlling inflation and striving for the growth rate of 6.2%.
The Government will also stick to economic structuring process in combination with growth model transform, realize the three strategic breakthroughs while spending more to synchronously develop infrastructure.
PM Dung said that the Government is now engaging in negotiations on 14 free trade agreements (FTAs), including the FTA with the European Union and the Republic of Korea in a bid to give a strong boost to the export of agricultural products./.
