The glorious tradition of Vietnam people’s army has been crystallized into the value and beautiful emblem of Uncle Ho’s soldiers, the tradition is the forever honor, pride of our people and army. The feats, the maturation steps of Phu Yen AF have made precious and deserving contributions into the heroic historical pages of Vietnam Revolutionary, into the general feats of Vietnam people’s army. Comrade Dao Tan Loc wished the army soldiers in general, and soldiers of Phu Yen AF in particular further striving to win more achievements and feats, to deserve the trust and love from the Party, the provincial citizens, to deserve the noble titles of people’s AF heroes that the Party and the State awarded.
Colonel Pham Van Hp, standing deputy Secretary of the provincial military Party committee cum Captain of the Provincial Military Commander Post, on behalf of all cadres, soldiers of the provincial AF, made promises to the Party Committee and the provincial people to continue to develop the characteristics, the traditions of the army, for the sake of the people, and to be the Heroic people’s AF unit; caring and constructing the close relationship with the people; enhancing the “rendering thanks and gratitude” activities to help the people eradicate hunger and reduce poverty, develop economy, recover from the natural disasters’ aftermaths, seeking and rescuing victims; being willing to sacrifice to firmly protect the independence, sovereignty, reunification and the entire territory of the Nation, protect the Party, the State, the socialism and protect the people; further shining the quality of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in the new era.

Also at this solemn ceremony, by proxy of the State President, comrades Dao Tan Loc and Pham Dinh Cu donated the Badges of people’s AF heroes from the Party, state to the late heroes: To Ngoc Trac, former member of the executive board of the West Personnel Committee (Phu Yen); Luong Sy Bo, former head of the military force, Song Cau district; Le Quyet Chien, former deputy captain of guerilla force in Hoa Tan commune, Tuy Hoa district; Nguyen Thi Loan, former secretary of Party branch in An My commune, Tuy An district, who all made especially excellent achievements in the anti-American revolution.
