(VOVworld) – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has called on the European Union (EU) to play a more active role in the nuclear talks between Iran and the P5+1.

During a reception for the new Egyptian Ambassador to Tehran, Zarif underlined the important role of EU countries in supporting negotiations between Iran and the P5+1.
Iran’s chief nuclear negotiator said Monday that Tehran has spared no effort to provide transparency in its nuclear program to eliminate Western concerns, so Western powers have no excuse to avoid a final agreement with Iran.
