Mr. Nguyen Manh Hien, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, received and worked with the Minister.
Over the past time, the provincial Police have organized forces and used professional measures in sync to grasp the situation, focused on fighting and repressing crimes, checked temporary residence and absence, intensified patrols and control, etc. in the area, and ensured social order and safety.
The provincial Police have increased traffic patrols and control, drastically fought and thoroughly handled the acts of selling, transporting, and letting off firecrackers, etc. Therefore, during the past Tet (Lunar New Year) holidays, security and order in the area were guaranteed, the number of criminal cases fell compared with the same period in 2014, and traffic order and safety and public order were maintained.
Minister Tran Dai Quang recognized and appreciated Hai Duong provincial Police’s achievements in the past time, especially during the At Mui Tet (Lunar New Year of the Goat).
He required Hai Duong Police to strengthen forces, promote patrols and control on routes, mobilize vehicle users to well observe the Road Traffic Law, detect and strictly tackle violations, and ensure order and safety in the area in the time to come, especially during Con Son – Kiep Bac Spring Festival, when the flow of people and vehicles in traffic will sharply surge.
Besides, Hai Duong Police should continue to efficiently fight crimes in general and robbers on roads in particular, and guarantee security and order for safe travel and spring walks of the people.
