Trieste – Candidates with international profiles and across-the-board skills, specialised in economics, finance, business, information technology, digital marketing or quantitative subjects (maths, statistics, etc.) can apply for the recently launched Generali Global Graduate Programme. This is the profile of 20 young people Generali is seeking around the world for the programme.
The 18-month programme will begin in September 2015 and end in March 2017. Participants will work on an international job-rotation basis in a variety of business sectors in the 60 countries where the group is present. The initiative includes participation in a training course for a “Generali MIB Master in Insurance Management” developed in partnership with the MIB School of Management of Trieste (Italy). The participants will be contracted employees of Assicurazioni Generali Head Office for the duration of the program and subsequently hired to work in one of the Generali Group companies around the world.
In addition to technical competencies, candidates must be highly motivated and keen to work at the international level; they will be interested in embarking on a global career and will share the values of the Generali Group, geared to achieving objectives, empowering people and the community.
The deadline for presentation of applications is April 12, 2015.
