The newly-opened coffee shop on Tran Phu Street in Hanoi is attracting many young people for its unique design.

Nguyen Thanh Trung, owner of Bus Cafe, said he and his friends bought an old 48-seater bus and turn it into a coffee shop, after being inspired by a Halloween party inside a bus in Japan.

With an area of only 25 square meters, the coffee shop can still serve 30 customers at the same time, Trung told local media.

Bus Cafe is located at the parking lot near Coopmart supermarket on Ha Dong District’s Tran Phu Street.

But Trung said he is seeking the authorities’ approval to run the bus around, hoping that the coffee shop can attract foreign tourists near Hoan Kiem Lake.
