PANO – Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Cung, Deputy Defence Minister, on April 15th presided over a conference for preparations for the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the South Liberation and National Reunification Day (April 30th).

The involved units reported their activities to raise the public’s awareness of the anniversary and their preparations for a parade.
General Cung highly valued their efforts over the past time, and suggested they should continue carrying out information dissemination programs and training tasks, ensuring logistics and equipment for the country’s major event, especially towards the last rehearsal, contributing to the success of the celebration.
